Once again, excellent job explaining how the networks currently work. Obviously, there's the whole theory vs. practice thing. Everyone's free to use it how they want (within the limits of the website's capabilities) and not everyone is an expert on maximizing potential and not everyone wants to follow up on that potential. This is fine. But like all things, more often that not, they're used in ways that waste time rather than save time. Videos like this one are bound to help reverse this.

networks are just a usefull way for the police to track you down and lock you up. since myspace, fbis and cias work has become easier fuck social networking, i ll stay of the grid

"but i guess when it comes to socialising I prefer the old natural way ..." You realize I said pretty much the same thing, right? I mean unless there's some other old natural way besides socializing in Real Life.
By: freemarketingadvice. on 27 Oct 08, 20:06:37
Great video...I love watching the videos you make very good work. Did you hear about the new social network VidEngage? You might wanna take a look at it. Its the first Video Social Network. You can crate video profiles, send video message, video comments, and you can even hold a live video cofference with 10 of your friends.
By: GodDCreator. on 22 Oct 08, 20:21:40
lol same here man ... but i guess when it comes to socialising I prefer the old natural way ... because a computer is there to facilitate your life and not to become your life
By: deidarajunior1508. on 22 Oct 08, 13:16:21
i think this is total bullcraft, because it almost feels like this video encourage you to not be responsible for your own future, instead what this video encourage you to do is to rely on your social network, the fact is that you have to be responsible for your own future, its not that complicated. by the way the video itself was good, im just criticizing social networks, because in reality its not that helpful, in fact the most important thing is to work hard.

@pristinewaters: Friends aren't exactly a new invention, you know. If you have no friends you can always make some the way normal people do: by talking to people. Join a club or association, go to social events. You get to meet people AND do something you like, or learn something useful. Work on your social skills if you need to. Slash that last part, work on them anyway. It's funny how some of the people who need to do that most think they actually don't.
By: moneymail002. on 22 Oct 08, 11:16:36
Well, not taking into account that many people have "friends" on social networking sites who are actually people they barely know, how would this thing work through Hi5 or facebook? Just picture it: "Hey, will you please ask averageJoe5 to ask angelOfDarKNes5 to tell hot_babe89 that he's averageJoe5's friend and you're his friend and I'm a friend of yours and I was wondering if I could have her phone number?" People should spend more time socializing in RL (funny, I graduated Computer Science)

What if you have no friends in the first place, and it doesn't look like you'll be making new ones anytime soon? Sigh, social networking is yet another bullying by the majority over the minority, they get positive-feedback benefits while those that are already isolated become further and further isolated as they cannot enter the network in the first place. :(

good example for this is Myspace and Youtube
By: KudoKaitou. on 22 Oct 08, 00:33:40
ur cool
By: jbz3. on 22 Oct 08, 00:10:32
actually youtube has a little bit of the social network traits since there's a friend system but i don't know how much people actually bother with it or if they'd think it could lead to a job or relationship.
By: Ethanthecrazy. on 21 Oct 08, 23:37:36
Its not the methods that you use to contact people that count. This guy is trying to explain to people how it works, not how they should lead their life or get laid. I'm not one of those Myspace freaks who are on 8 days a week, but it is nice to keep in touch with the few friends I do have.
By: sdgdsgs. on 21 Oct 08, 22:38:55
you forgot to explain the MOST important part, how to actually DO the social networking once you see the connections. Do I just contact someone and say "hey, you know brad, I know brad too! that makes us best buddies, I love you man! now hook me up with your sister! "
