yeah, the same with my parents i got my mouth washed out is i swore and got spanked if i did something wrong. Once we were going out to eat and i was behaving badly. aside from this song...which is obviously a very tweaked remix...rusko makes way more of his own music than mt eden and I respect that more...pretty much all of mt eden's discography is remixes and nothing but remixes...his most popular song (sierra leone) is a (very well-done, I'm not trying to talk smack) remix of another song. rusko actually makes his own music, maybe he'll throw a sample in there but he doesn't wrap the entire song around another song's bassline or tempo like mt eden does.

It's not possible being without fat. You would die. Totally dehydrated bodybuilders before the Competition have ca 4-5% fat. They haven't anymore fat under the skin only a little bit at the organs. That's not healthy any more. Bruce Lee died on it, because he had permanent only a little bit fat. For me: everything under 8% isn't healthy - that's my opinion. And you look good too with 8%.

The standard of today's professional bodybuilding is disgusting with such emphasis placed upon attaining size and little regard to developing an asthetic and attractive apperance. ah everyones an expert ay? Here is the most reliable training principle "progressive overload" more reps or more weight without sacrificing "good form" not overly strict form. You can implement this style of training on any exercise and it will work as for sets and reps find out what works best for you 5-7 reps is good allowing you to focus intensely for a short all out burst rather than marathon sets and reps as for sets 1 is all you need to use progressive overload principle 2 at the most IMO

Because they are concerned about injury. When you lock out or clang the weights together at the top of each movement like most of the no-progress morons you see at the gym, you are taxing your joints. When doing 8-12 reps each set with heavyweight, it adds up. Not to mention it isn't neccessary to lock out.

You know, enough with the form bullshit. There are many ways to train. Just because you just got your personal trainer's license doesn't mean you know all there is to know. He's completing a fucking circuit for his arms, and given the weight and amount of reps, a little body english isn't a bad thing. strict form is not always the way to go. Ballistic motions work the muscle differently and can put on muscle by working the the muscle fibers more responsible for explosive strength. Strict form is good in its own respect, but ballistic motions have their place in the gym as well, regardless of what muscle you are training

This is bodybuilding. These guys train to win competitions, and sine is one of three criteria generally used in judging, along with symmetry and conditioning. Wish it had a hard disk so we could store a hogh quality program on the SlingBox, and then transfer the data, without thinking of the connection speed. If the speed was slow, it would just take a bit longer to download. I know it can be done (I think) using a computer with a tuner card, record the program, and save it in a shared folder. But, I don't think this method works with a DVR or similar. Just thinking... :-D

at PC that game is created to break the nerves of the user. at Legend Mode. the cpu players cut your legs with behind tackling and almost never gives a foul. on the other hand you touch a player and gives foul. I saw a soccer game yesterday (feb 16th) on a tv at the bar around 4pm, ny time.... one team was wearing all white the other all black (i could be wrong about the black, but they were not flashy jerseys) both teams were playing, what seemed to me, REALY hard.. I don't follow sports but I have always loved soccer and ALL these guys seemed awesome to me... I just have no idea what teams they were, or even what league..
