If i do recall correctly, the officers were looking for one person particular for some reason(what and why, I do not know) and the person fitted the description so he was taken out, literally. my experience with hornady tap, and hornady xtp custom, has consistant exspansion, smooth feeding and like i said consistancy, i tend to always lean towards bonded ammo if it is the gold dot, pdx1, or the ranger bonded series, andcritical defense looks like another winner from hornady
